Rufous Hornero

Named for the oven-shaped mud nest it builds on fence posts and utility poles — "hornero" means "baker" in Spanish. A ground-foraging ovenbird with warm rufous-brown plumage, it's a familiar, confident presence in open country and city parks alike.
